Pho Saigon Le is a straightforward Vietnamese restaurant in Victorville that centers its experience around well-executed pho and other Southeast Asian comfort foods. Located in a modest strip mall setting, the space is spacious enough to avoid the cramped feeling common to some pho spots, making it suitable for both quick lunches and relaxed dinners.

What stands out here is the kitchen’s focus on traditional pho varieties—broths that draw you in with depth and clarity, alongside a range of meat cuts and tendons that are cooked with care. The menu offers solid variety, from chicken and seafood pho to more adventurous bowls featuring brisket and tripe. Beyond pho, there are options like crispy shrimp tempura, Vietnamese-style egg rolls, and vermicelli salad bowls that add balance to the meal.

The atmosphere leans toward casual and family-friendly. The service tends to be attentive and efficient, with staff who are quick to seat new arrivals and check in throughout the meal. It’s a place that locals return to for consistency, whether dining in or picking up orders to go, especially on cooler days when a hot bowl of pho fits the mood perfectly.

Thai iced tea and avocado boba drinks complement the menu well and hint at a younger crowd mixing traditional flavors with contemporary taste preferences. The presence of several noodle soups beyond just pho means it can cater to varied comfort food cravings.

Expect this spot to feel warmly familiar if you’re used to Vietnamese noodle spots in Southern California. It’s not a fancy sit-down destination but serves its core crowd well with quick service, generous portions, and flavors that lean toward home-style cooking. Lunch and early dinner times are ideal for a visit if you prefer a quieter table, while weekends can bring a steady flow of regulars settling in with family or friends.

I just had to reach out and tell you about my recent experience at Pho Saigon Le. Let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! The Pho Dac Biet I ordered was a true delight. The broth was so rich and flavorful, and the meat and tendons were cooked to perfection. Every spoonful was a burst of deliciousness. I felt like I was in foodie heaven! What's interesting is that even though it's a Vietnamese restaurant, the majority of the customers were Hispanic. In fact, out of the 18 tables, only two were occupied by Asians, including mine. It's always fascinating to see the diversity in a place like that. The only downside was that they seemed a bit short-staffed, with only two people working on the floor. Despite that, the service was still great and the food made up for it. I highly recommend checking out Pho Saigon Le if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed! Ben

I have been going to Pho Saigon Le for the past couple of months, and I have not been disappointed with their food, service, and atmosphere. The servers will seat you right away and will take you drinks and food orders relatively quickly. The orders come out really fast, and the servers are very attentive, and they will check on you to see if anything is needed. If you get the large #13, prepare the be full because they pack it full of meat and noodles. Overall, this place has amazing food and amazing service. Would definitely recommend it.

Late post: December 28, 2025. This is our go to Pho Noodles Soup location. We've had always ordered to go when craving Pho Noodles Soups at Pho Saigon Le. This is our third time dining at this establishment. The foods tasted yummyliciois & scrumptuously good. You can never go wrong with a hot bowl of Pho Noodles Soup for this winter season with all the rain we've been getting. My significant other always ordered a set items list to go all the time consisting of 2 appetizers( Crispy Eggrolls & Meat or Shrimp Spring Rolls), 2 of the #7 Special Combination Pho Noodles Soup, 2 of the rice plates( Grilled Chicken plate & Grill Pork Chops plate) and 2 specialty drinks. Sometimes he ordered less as well or a little bit more. It varies on what we usually craves for that day of the week. We usually don't finish all the foods in one seating. So we save it for later in the week to finish. What we ordered while dining there for dinner was the #7 Special Combination Pho Noodles Soup, #8 Seafood Pho Noodles Soup, Shrimp Spring Rolls, Crispy Eggrolls, Ice Water, and Hot Jasmine Tea. Everything tasted delicious as always. I do have to compared Pho Saigon Le Restaurant with Pholicious Restaurant and it just can't compare. Pholicious Restaurant Pho Noodles Soup taste too water down & bland in my opinion. While Pho Saigon Le has just the right amount of flavors and ingredients in my opinion. Pholicious Restaurant specialty drinks are pretty awesome and some of their dishes hit the spot or a bit bland. It really varies every time we try Pholicious Restaurant. But at Pho Saigon Le Restaurant the food flavors taste the same. The only difference is the quantity of ingredients we get varies by dishes. Example the rice plates used to come with more ingredients like extra side meats/shrimp/protein & condiments but they removed some of the sides protein by a lot. I would still definitely recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. Give this place a try and be your own judge. I'll be coming here often whenever I crave Pho Noodles Soup. It's a must try location if your craving Pho Noodles Soup!!

Amazing so yummy! I loved the rare steak bowl. Moved up here 2 years ago and too far from our normal place, so we gave this a shot and it was perfect!
